An eBook version of The Pottery Gazette and Pottery & Glass Trades Journal is available through Google books. The 579 pages contain all the publications for the years 1878 and 1879, with the exception of January and March 1878. The Google eBook has been published with the incorrect date of 1754 – the journal was first published in 1877.

There are two pattern sheets for glass shown in the book. The first is a very clear image of three pieces of blown and cut glass from Thomas Webb & Son, in May 1879, on page 304. The second, the New Patent Queen’s Ivory Ware in pressed glass from Sowerby & Co, Ellison Glassworks, Gateshead, which featured in the November 1879 edition on pages 497-498. Unfortunately the scan of the second pattern sheet is quite faded in places. However, the Queen’s Ivory Ware sheet is reproduced in Raymond Slack’s English Pressed Glass 1830-1900, on page 33.
